OUR PURPOSE:
Life is worth living, our name, J.O.Y. Group (Just Older Youth), is an indication of our feelings. It says that our hearts are still young and that we want to experience the abundant life Christ offers even in our later years, as we continue to serve Him. Our reason for being ...to take advantage of as much Christian enrichment as we can through fellowship, socials, outings, trips and service opportunities. You do not have to be a member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church to be a member or attend the Joy Group.
Mission of the JOY Group :
The Mission of the Boiling Springs First Baptist Church is to be a Biblically functioning family of God, to know Christ in deeper faith, to grow in fellowship, and to go in witness and service to the entire world.
Matthew 28: 19:20
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the Nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (NASU)
