We all seek to be a church with a Passion for God and a Passion for People.
What you can expect - We are located in the center of the Boiling Springs community. Our campus is on a triangle of three streets located in the middle of town. We are at the corner of Hwy 9 and Old Furnace Road. We also have property across from the church on Old Furnace Road and Hames Road that we use for ministry.
Our services last about 70 minutes. There is a Classic Baptist Worship Service at 8:30 a.m. (more Blended/Traditional), a High Energy Praise and Worship with live band at 9:30 a.m. (In our Fellowship Hall), and a Blended Praise and Celebration service at 11 a.m. We have Connection Groups for all ages and walks of life at 9:45 a.m. and 11 a.m. These are Bible Study, Ministry and Outreach focused classes.Tell me about Students - First Baptist has a thriving Student Ministry with multiple areas in which students can get involved. We have Connection Groups that meet during each Sunday School hour and three Worship Services each Sunday along with mid-week events as well. You will find an energized team of leaders to care for your youth as their own, and your students will enjoy dynamic services, relevant teaching, and an available game room, cafe, and basketball courts. Tell me about Children - Our Children's Ministry at First Baptist seeks to create a passion for Christ and a passion for people in the hearts of children. We strive to create an environment where kids encounter God in a way that is fun, relevant, and memorable. Tell me more about Preschool - Our Preschool ministry seeks to create a passion for Christ and a passion for people in the hearts of children. We believe the preschool years provide the time to lay foundations for the child's spiritual development in a safe and secure environment. We have programs and activities for preschoolers during each worship service on Sunday mornings and during Sunday night and Wednesday night programs as well. LEARN MORE
