The Singles of Boiling Springs First Baptist are sponsoring this non-denominational time of Praise music—relevant Bible study teaching (Not preaching) and fellowship.

An offering will be taken each week for refreshments and occasionally for guest musicians and speakers.

The regular Bible Teacher will be Carlton Berry with an occasional guest.

Carlton has served as Singles minister for churches in Georgia, Arkansas, and Texas. He has worked in Singles ministry for 16 years.

His first wife passed away in childbirth and he was a single parent for nearly four years.

He has led singles conferences at Ridgecrest, in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Georgia. He was once president of the Southern Baptist Singles Minister’s Association.

He graduated from Luther Rice Seminary and attended Southwestern and Southeastern Seminaries.

He is the Associate Pastor of Boiling Springs First Baptist and teaches the 11 AM Singles class.

His goal in teaching is to always bring application to light and to show a Christ-like example that honors God .

His favorite scripture is Romans 5:8 (Amplified Bible)But God shows and clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us.
