I serve as the Pastor’s Secretary here at BSFBC, and have been in this role for over three years.  I bring with me over 20 years of church secretarial experience.  My duties are varied and include scheduling appointments, meetings, baptisms, composing letters and other miscellaneous documents, preparing FAITH visitation information, sending out greeter and usher cards, putting together notebooks and packets, keeping the church calendar, and being a team player as other projects come about.

I feel as if church has always been a part of my life because I grew up as a Baptist “Preacher’s Kid”.  My father pastured churches in Alabama and South Carolina then was Director of Missions in Upstate South Carolina for a number of years.  My parents helped to instill the importance of letting others see Jesus through what I said and did.  I know that Jesus is and always will be one of the most important facets of my life.  There have been many obstacles throughout my life that without my faith and Jesus carrying me I would never had made it through them. 

My husband Bob and I reside in Boiling Springs.  I know that God has led me here to BSFBC, and I feel blessed to be serving among God’s people.
